There will also be a silent auction to benefit camp hope, and a liquor basket raffle.

Due to organizational concerns, your seat is not reserved until The Obscure Company has received your payment and meal choice(s).

The Meal Options

Vermont Chicken: Baked, thin pounded chicken rolled around Vermont cheddar cheese and granny smith apples, served with tart cranberry sauce.

Roasted Vegetable Lasagna: Roasted seasonal vegetables layered with tender pasta and italian cheeses baked and finished with fresh marinara.

Atlantic Salmon: Fillet of Salmon grilled to perfection.  Finished with your choice of honey dill, teriyaki, orange ginger glaze, or plain.

Grilled Chicken Pesto: Grilled chicken tossed with fresh basil pesto and penne pasta.

Ticket Price also includes appetizers, salad, dessert, and coffee.
